Introducing Louise, our Yoga Instructor, an avid practitioner and certified teacher, whose passion is to help people create a balanced and healthy lifestyle through the practice of Yoga.
Louise began her journey into Yoga in 2008, taking her Canadian Dance & Yoga Academy Diploma in 2009, Yin Yoga Teacher Training with YogaInAsia in 2010 and 2011, and International Yoga I...nstructor Course with the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors in 2011.
She is a dedicated teacher, whose classes incorporate elements of strength, flexibility and alignment and are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. “Through my continuous journey to learn different types of Yoga, I have explored the serenity side of Yoga and discovered why less is more
